about the author
Melissa Jennings [they/them] lives with their super cute cat Dora in the sometimes sunny but always vibrant city of Glasgow, in Scotland. Melissa is a trans, queer bookworm, currently on a break from their MA in English Literature at the University of Glasgow.
They have published four poetry collections: Afterlife (May '17), Dear Judas (February '18), and The Body Remembers (April '18), and Underworld (October ‘18). The author is also currently and chaotically working on Pomegranate Seeds (June ‘19), Ethereal (2020), their first novel tentatively titled #EnbySpnStory, Dear Cassandra (Dead Letter 2), and a few other projects.
In their spare time, Melissa enjoys painting, hanging out with their little kitten Dora, crying over poetry, and attempting to lessen their TBR list on their bookshelves.
